Bought a Mitsubishi Outlander from here in January after struggling to find the next family car. We travelled down and were greeted by a very friendly lad who was very helpful and within an hour or so were on our way home. Unfortunately after a few days we started having issues with the DPF light coming on and took it straight to a local main dealer. Despite checking over it they could not find an issue which initially resolved itself. This issue persisted over 6 months which multiple garages local to myself and this dealer could not solve. Throughout this stressful period the customer service was exemplary with quick clear communication and always helpful to find a solution. To say they went over and above to find a solution is an understatement and based on their customer service alone would recommend this dealer.

I put a deposit on this car stupidly. I have since pulled out of transaction, losing deposit I paid. This company do not have to give me deposit back of which I am aware, however I phoned the next morning and spoke to them saying I was concerned after sleeping on the decision and did not want to go ahead. The car was for my daughter and even though they had only sent car for mot apparently they would not even consider a part refund. We travelled 2 hours to see this vehicle, it was not the vehicle advertised ! Alloys were ruined, and different to those in advert. Car was rusty,
