Bought a car from here. I was really pleased with the service. I am a new and not very confident driver but they put me at ease and showed me all the 'gadgets' on the dashboard and then drove me to a quiet car park so i could test drive the car without any pressure. Very patient and really helpful. Answered all my questions and was polite and respectful at all times. Have been available at all times to answer questions since the sale. The car is great and all paperwork up to date. Really good service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

It was a pleasure to buy our new car from Ashford Auto Repairs. They really care about the job they do and were incredibly helpful and friendly. There was no pressure to buy at all; the process was very relaxed, all our questions were answered honestly and we were given the chance to really try out the car (even taking us to a quiet industrial estate down the road for a long test drive as I was quite nervous!) Overall a great experience. I would highly recommend them.

Amazing customer service/care. Car delivered on time. Unfortunately it developed fault few days after, which couldn't be predicted. Ashford Ltd did everything they could to sort issue out.
